Misinformation in medicine: the Covid-19 Vaccine and Myopericarditis

There is a lot of misinformation in medicine; especially around the Coronavirus mRNA vaccine. In this video, we will discuss how misinformation can circulate, the study that sparked further misinformation, as well as potential issues with the study.

There is a lot of misinformation in medicine; especially around the Coronavirus mRNA vaccine. One rumor that has been circulating is around the claim that incorrect administration of the mRNA vaccine is what causes the few cases of myopericarditis we have seen in. In this video, we will discuss how misinformation can circulate, the study that sparked further misinformations, as well as potential issues with the study.
