Often times, people shy away from giving and receiving criticism. They fear being offended or offending other people and would rather live in blissful ignorance of how to improve and grow. Feedback is defined as information communicated from one party to another in order to improve a product, an action, a behaviour or oneself. In order to become a top performer in any field, it is imperative to deliberately ask for feedback and consistently search for ways to make one’s best even better.
