Complications associated with chronic airway infections: Cystic fibrosis as a polymicrobial disease

The objectives of this talk are to understand the complications associated with chronic airway infections and subsequent treatment, highlighting the need for individualized care and to identify cystic fibrosis (CF) as a polymicrobial infection and recognize drivers of exacerbations as a key component in managing the disease.
